Comments: Awesome work! We moved into an older home that was in desperate need of bathroom renovation. We tried a local company whose quote far exceeded our budget, and they didn't even try to work with us within our budget! I searched around and came across Action construction- not only was Ron very quick to follow up, but he was confident in assuring the work would be completed. Everything was done within the time line provided, and its beautiful!!!! I would definitely recommend Action Construction for your remodel needs.

Comments: Action Construction is a great company. Ron Seamon was a great help. I was looking to remodel my bathroom in my home in short notice, I called Ron, he came over and did a quick estimate. The contractors who work for him are really friendly. They were able to install a new shower, new floor tiles and new plumbing in short notice. I also contracted them to upgrade my electrical system in my home, they were able to redo all the wiring and make it more efficient. I also refloored new carpeting and new doors, they made it all easy and affordable. Recommend 100% for contracting in the Minot, ND area!

Comments: Hired to remove older style countertops that required some bit of care as to not damage existing cabinets and wall sheetrock. Installed new dishwasher, sink, faucet, and performed finishing work once new countertops were installed. Great service and reasonable pricing. Very helpful with all aspects of the process/project and representatives exhibited a great amount of professionalism. Would recommend Action Construction for any project both big and small.

Comments: Some problems with the carpet including a small chunk missing from the stairs but it was a difficult install job. Drywall was not perfect but overall good job. Paint also had some small areas that were not perfect and there is paint that needs to be cleared off of the window frames. After I send in the 10% rebates for the hardware store then we will make the budget estimate I was given. Overall, I am happy with this company.

Comments: The work that was done was Great, and we are happy with our kitchen, but I feel as if I ended up doing more work than was necessary for the money I was paying. Miscommunication. There was a contract and therefor I can't complain too much because there were parts that were vague and parts that were specific which all in all was to the contractors advantage. If I were to hire them again I would make sure the contract has "everything specific" of what we wanted done. Lesson learned. Ended up having to shell out extra money twice to get what we thought we had already paid and agreed for.

Comments: ATR provided a timely estimate that was well below the other estimates we received for siding the front of our house. Ron was able to schedule the work to begin a few days after we told him we wanted him to work on our house. His workers were courteous, hard working, and got the job done under the estimated time frame. After the siding was painted, the workers returned to install gutters, lights, etc. That needed to be removed for the siding. Ron stopped by each day to check in and make sure we were okay with the progress and checked back after is was all done to make sure we were satisfied. For future projects, we will definitely use ATR

Comments: Ron at ATR was easy to work with. My only advice is to communicate with Ron/ATR directly: even if it seems there is no need--subcontractors may say one thing to you as the client, but then something else to the general contractor--that can create delays or re-work. Ron responded to our every concern and was great with the details and explaining options. True to past experiences with other projects, mother nature and Murphy manage to make things take longer than they otherwise might--again frequent communication is essential. We have had many friends over since the basement was done--and all were favorably impressed by the transformation.
